We are introducing new unique personal & leadership development tools from Europe in the field of life and career coaching both for adults and youth: The Game of Gifts and Young TALENT.
These positive methods take quite a different approach compared to the more conventional ways of coaching by using game boards, archetypes, imagination and visualisation to create awareness.
Mindfulness, Positive Psychology and Emotional Intelligence are fundamental principles behind our coaching.
I am an international, experienced self-mastery, purpose and career coach and am based in Haarlem, the Netherlands. Over the course of 20 years of coaching I have developed my own unique style inspiring people to do what really matters to them and to express who they really are. My coaching is called light yet profound, loving, humorous and honest.
I have specialised in facilitating The Game of Gifts and Young TALENT and training other professionals to work with these methods which were developed in The Netherlands. Before setting up my own practice, I was active as a tax lawyer, manager and in company management consultant and coach working for the Dutch government.
In 2006 I decided it was time to follow my heart and to start my own coaching practice. I focus on young adults and leaders who want to find and share their unique contribution.
